Work Outlook/ Resign Policy

  • We currently have 12 on Book I and 14 on Book II.
  • Ferguson, Arc and Comm, and Weydman Incentive for the Buffalo Bills Stadium.

    • Program Start Date: The incentive program will commence August 18, 2025.
    • Incentive Period: It will operate on a 1-week period basis (Monday-Saturday).
    • Work Requirements: The job call requires 58 hours per week. To qualify for incentive, employees must work at least the posted hours for the 1-week period equating to 52 hours out of a possible 58 hours. All qualifying hours must be performed exclusively at the Buffalo Bills Stadium site.
    • Participating Contractors: Ferguson Electric, Arc and Comm, and Weydman will honor and administer this incentive.
    • Incentive Amount: Qualified employees will receive $300.00 per 1-week period, which will be subject to applicable taxes and issued weekly.
    • Disqualification: Employees will be disqualified from receiving the incentive in the event of voluntary or involuntary termination of employment during the period.
    • Program Duration: The incentive will run through December 1, 2025.
    • Modifications: Ferguson Electric, Arc and Comm, and Weydman reserve the right to modify or discontinue this incentive program at any time, at their sole discretion.

  • It is important to work out of town to help those locals fulfill their workforce needs, but more importantly, to earn money and hours towards your health, annuity and pension.
  • Any member interested in heading anywhere else will need to be signed up with our funds office for the IBEW Electronic Reciprocal Transfer System.
  • Please contact Matt as to where you possibly want to go so he can call to get a work outlook, wages, defined contribution (annuity), defined benefit (pension), health care, and other possible contributions. 
  • Many job locations at Local 41 require a drug test and an OSHA 10 card.

  • Journeyman Scale: $44.50
  • Health & Welfare: $15.05
  • Pension: $10.50
  • Annuity:  $6.98
  • Supplemental Health 3% of gross
  • Vacation: 7% (deducted from gross wages)
  • Working Assessments: 3%

Effective June 1, 2012, re-signs shall be required MONTHLY, beginning on the 10th and ending on the 16th of each month.  All re-signs for June and each month thereafter MUST be made in that time frame.  Re-signs will require the following information: name, address, home local #, and IBEW card #.  If not a union member, a driver's license or government approved ID is required.
